Five golf courses are located in close proximity to our hotel here in Upper Swabia, each in its own way reflecting the characteristic of the landscape and the spirit of the times in which they were planned and built.
Gaisbeuren Tennis Club
The TC Gaisbeuren facility is only 100 metres away. We will gladly reserve a court for you or organise a coaching lesson.
Cycling
No matter whether you are planning a leisurely bike tour with the family around Bad Waldsee or want to pedal harder: You will find a suitable route in Upper Swabia and the Württemberg Allgäu.

On the approximately 14,000 sqm forest area, 9 courses with a total of 170 exercises in various difficulty levels await you.
Hiking
Whether it's an extended hike or a short walk - Bad Waldsee and Upper Swabia offer many opportunities to discover the landscape on foot.
Waldsee-Therme
From a depth of almost 1,800 m, 62.5° C warm water bubbles up to the earth's surface. The Waldsee-Therme health centre uses the fluoride- and sulphur-containing thermal water in a bathing landscape with over 720 square metres of water surface.
Thermal baths & moor
Moor, the "black gold" of Upper Swabia, once made three idyllic small towns famous: Bad Buchau, Bad Waldsee and Bad Wurzach. Today, there are also modern spas here that leave nothing to be desired in the area of wellness.

City of Ravensburg
The "city of towers and gates", the former free imperial city of Ravensburg, situated in the middle of the holiday landscape of Allgäu and Lake Constance, is the economic centre of the region with 50,000 inhabitants. Formerly a trading centre, today it is the shopping city of Upper Swabia.
Tannenbühl local recreation area
In addition to the climbing park, the Tannenbühl offers a wide variety of play opportunities for small and older children, always designed close to nature and with the latest safety technology. The various game enclosures on the steep slopes of the wooded moraine hills are particularly popular.

Salem Monkey Mountain
More than 200 Barbary macaques roam freely in the almost 20-hectare forest. There are no fences or moats separating them - the visitor is, as it were, a guest in the home territory of these alert animals and is even allowed to feed them with specially prepared popcorn, which is distributed free of charge.
Pile dwellings Unteruhldingen
The pile-dwelling settlements from the Stone and Bronze Ages (4,000 to 850 BC) around Lake Constance come to life again in Unteruhldingen.
