On Easter Sunday we open our restaurant for lunch and look forward to your table reservation.

In addition to wild garlic, lamb and venison, there are of course the classics and hopefully the first asparagus...

In the last week of the month, we’ll once again be serving our popular „Grandma’s Menu“ here at the ADLER, featuring dishes from great-grandmother Agathe Stützle’s handwritten recipe book.

The menu includes, amongst other things, sour tripe, sweetbreads, braised pork cheeks and more.

In addition, of course, we also offer our usual menu featuring crisp salads, hearty snacks, Swabian classics and exquisite game dishes.
