Our Stützlezimmer, formerly part of the flat of the old owner family Stützle, has been thoroughly renovated. In cooperation with the company BAUR WohnFaszination GmbH, the multifunctionally used room has been given a new and modern look.

In the last week of the month, we’ll once again be serving our popular „Grandma’s Menu“ here at the ADLER, featuring dishes from great-grandmother Agathe Stützle’s handwritten recipe book.

The menu includes, amongst other things, sour tripe, sweetbreads, braised pork cheeks and more.

In addition, of course, we also offer our usual menu featuring crisp salads, hearty snacks, Swabian classics and exquisite game dishes.
